Our 9th Annual Mardi Gras in November is being held on November 20, 2010 at the Baxter Hood Center at York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC. This year Matt Harris and Ramona Holloway from 107.9 the Link will be the emcees for the evening. The event will have a Cajun style buffet, bananas foster provided by PW's Gourmet Ice Cream, live music preformed by the Oneppo Brothers band, silent and live auctions, and plenty of fun. Tickets are $50 each which includes dinner and entertainment.

All proceeds from the event benefit the Children's Attention Home a home for abused, abandoned, and neglected children from South Carolina. Licensed for 42 children by the South Carolina Department of Social Services, the non-profit Home has provided residential, supportive, and therapeutic services for child victims for over 40 years. Boys and girls from birth through 21 may stay in the emergency cottage for up to 45 days; children birth through 21 who are in need of extended care may enter one of the two long term cottages.
